Beauty Therapist, Joan Robertson having had her own salons and spas throughout the past twenty years, founded perfect Skn after realising that beauty machines that deliver fast results are the key to beauty businesses being profitable. That was step one.
Step two came when treating clients concerns. Joan narrowed down what machines were needed within a spa, i.e. one for hair removal (55% of turnover) and one for skin rejuvenation (30% of turnover). Joan then purchased several machines and proved which ones worked, which didn’t, and which ones could be improved. The frustrating thing for Joan was that she got ‘fed up’ with promises these machines made and a lot of them didn’t quite meet Joan’s beauty therapist’s standard. So she went about setting a new standard.
Step three, Perfect Skn was formed and with that the promise that Perfect Skn Beauty Systems would be gorgeous looking machines, easy to work, reasonably priced and more importantly they would do what they said on the label!
The Perfect Skn brand is all about beauty machines that look great in the beauty room. Clients don’t want to look at clinical white scary machines in their beauty suite. Perfect Skn make sure clients enjoy the whole beauty experience not the feeling of walking into the dentist! So the brand has good looks!
Next thing is to ensure therapists find the machines easy to work. So with that in mind, Perfect Skn designed the interface of each system to be simple and easy to use, as well as being lightweight, wherever possible, as Perfect Skn understand that the machines have to be easily moved from beauty room to beauty room Finally, all Perfect Skn machines have a modern, contemporary design and are silver in colour.
